Kim Jong-Il Visits Zoo

Kim Jong-Il, was rumored yet again yesterday to have made a public appearance. This time, the venue was a zoo in Pyongyang. All of the recent reports of public appearances have come from the Korea Central News Agency, the media arm of Kim Jong-Il's government.
